How long does shipping take?

MotiveWear™ orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days. U.S. delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

For now, MotiveWear™ ships only within the United States. This is temporary — worldwide shipping is coming soon as we grow. Stay tuned!

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your gear all the way to your doorstep.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because every item is made-to-order, cancellations or changes must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production.

What is CO₂ Offset Shipping?

When you choose shipping with CO₂ offset, it means we’re taking responsibility for the environmental impact of your delivery. Every order shipped produces carbon emissions, and to balance that out, we invest in certified projects—like reforestation, renewable energy, and clean energy initiatives—that actively reduce or capture carbon from the atmosphere.

It doesn’t change the speed of your delivery, but it does make your purchase more eco-friendly. It’s our way of making sure your order not only motivates you, but also supports a healthier planet.

Returns

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

We’ve got your back. If your gear arrives with any issues (damage, holes, misprint), contact us within 30 days with photos and we’ll make it right — replacement or refund. Please contact us through the "Contact" page or submit your concern below to begin your claim.

What pictures should I include for a claim?

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include clear photos of:

  • The full product (front and back)
  • The specific defect (close-up of damage, hole, or misprint)
  • The printed design (if the issue involves fading, cracking, or misalignment)
  • The inside product label/tag (to confirm sizing and production details)
  • The shipping package/label (optional, but helpful if there was a shipping issue)

Sending these images along with your order number ensures we can get your replacement or refund processed as fast as possible.

Do you accept returns?

Because every MotiveWear™ item is made-to-order, we can’t accept returns for things like buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size. Please double-check each size guide before purchasing.

If your order was damaged, defective, or incorrect because of our mistake, we’ll cover the cost and fix it fast — either with a replacement or refund. Just reach out through our Contact Page with your order number and photos, and we’ll take care of you.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Since every item is made-to-order, we can’t do standard size exchanges. But if the wrong size was sent because of our mistake, we’ll fix it free of charge.

Is Motivewear Trademarked?

Yes, it has been trademarked with the U.S. Government.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple pay and Shop Pay. Your info is secure, so you can checkout with confidence.

Is your apparel eco friendly?

At MotiveWear™, nothing is mass-produced. Every piece is crafted on demand the moment you order — built fresh, not pulled from a warehouse shelf.

What sizes do you offer?

Most MotiveWear™ apparel comes in 2XS–5XL. And even 6XL for some products. Always check the size guide on each product page for the best fit.

Need sizing help?

Each product page includes a size chart in the description so you can find your best fit quickly. Each size chart uses inches for the measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for maximum comfort and performance. Some products such as "sweatpants" will have a recommendation in the description to size down if you prefer a more fitted look.

How should I wash my MotiveWear™ gear?

To keep your gear looking sharp:

  • Wash inside out, cold water
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Don’t bleach or iron directly on designs
Will the designs fade or crack?

MotiveWear™ gear is built for the grind. We use high-quality printing that stays bold through tough sessions, as long as you follow care instructions.

Do you offer gift cards?

We don’t offer gift cards at this time — but this is only temporary. MotiveWear™ gift cards will be available in the near future so you can share motivation with friends, family, or teammates.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

We will occasionally run exclusive drops, promotions, and discount codes. The best way to stay in the loop is by joining our email list or following us on Instagram and Facebook listed below.

Each MotiveWear™ product is made-to-order and fulfilled through trusted production partners in the U.S., so you get fresh gear built with care.

Do you sponsor athletes or offer collaborations?
